10/14/09: Finally finished translating all of Bonnie Pink! Yessss, at last! And other things too, including translations of all of Ringo's Sanmon Gossip!

What's next? Well, aside from keeping up with new things coming out (like Chihiro's new album and Maaya's new single), I plan to go back into old sections and redo the romaji/translations that need it, correcting the ones I did and replacing the ones other people did with my own (in most cases). As well as work on things to put in the side blog like interviews and journal entries, and perhaps I will finally add a new section! We'll see! Oh, and maybe some Shakira updates too.

So glad to have made progress on my Bonnie Pink back catalogue translation project! All that's left is the songs I haven't gotten to yet off Present, Even So, and Golden Tears, and then I'll be done!

4/29/09: These are the updates I made right before the site went down, hadn't posted about yet on this page, and then had to reconstruct (super fun, btw, redoing the hard work you thought was already finished). I'm posting it up here so I can have a clean slate for any updates I make after this point. So, new translations:

Rie fu: drummy, and romaji only or English lyrics to the rest of the Urban Romantic songs
Bonnie Pink: Joy, Happy Ending, You and I (all romaji only for now)
Ringo Shiina: Private (romaji only for now), Shampoo (romaji only for now), Kageriyuku Heya, Spica, Tamatebako, My Luxury Night, Mikan no Kawa, Amai Yamai (romaji only for now)

Also, the broken links in the Updates archives I mentioned below are now all fixed, so the site is done being revamped (finally!) and I can get back to focusing on working on new translations and updating info about new releases!

4/28/09: So yeah, the old site went down on April 15. It was unexpected, and I only had the backups I'd made in January, so when I moved the site over to its new hosting (which fortunately I'd set up a few months ago, knowing this was coming but not so soon!), I had to recreate anything I'd done after that. From April 16 up until now, the 28th (1 1/2 weeks) I've worked feverishly to fix broken images and links and also to make improvements I've been wanting to make for years to each page. Finally, today, I am done. (Okay, there's still a lot of old links to fix in the Updates archives, but we'll get to that.)

Hopefully, anyone reading this has managed to find their way to the new site okay. I'll probably lose a few people in the transition as Google takes a while to find me again, but hopefully eventually they'll get here. I apologize to anyone who was inconvenienced by this, and I hope you enjoy the slightly new and improved look of the site :)
