At dawn, I had the courage to jump from my own world
Did you glorify for me those uncontrollable lies you told up until now?
But maybe it’s impossible; my fatigue is overwhelming me

At dawn, I had the will to receive the hopes of another
Did you notice for me those uncontrollable ethics you went and pierced?
It’s the same thing again, repeating over and over

Departing Tengenji, today we’re headed for the Boso Peninsula
You buried it in the passenger seat, your life
You say to do whatever I want, and I’d do anything for you, but
am I really right for this?

Will you be able to die alone properly after you’ve killed me?
Without even answering, you put on a child’s mask of vivid eyes
There’s one more option, how about just living?

A seaside park is even today light and dark in the moonlight
You flashed it from the passenger seat, your traffic signal
Crawling beneath my coat, with both hands I might not grab hold of anything
I wonder if you’ve got the right person here

I hate this
It’s all wrong
And you’re praising me, you liar
How unbecoming it would be for such a helpless woman as myself to go on living after tonight!
...go ahead and do it

Romanization credit: Mugg
Notes: It is the opinion of a forum user, Peachilicious, who helped me on the correction of this translation, that it is about a couple who plans a double suicide (a concept Ringo seems to be fascinated with, since the word appears twice in KSK songs) but the woman begins to have doubts about doing it, and realizes that the man does not entirely plan to follow her after she first kills herself. By the end, she has decided that if she is so helpless as to believe his lies, she might as well just die. This theory seems very plausible.
